Associate Specialist, Talent Sourcing, OTS

Accountabilities

• • Support the identification, screening, and interviewing of operational candidates based on short-term staffing requirements and defined job specifications.
  • Participate in sourcing passive candidates by assessing their local expertise, availability, and short-term career potential against specific client needs.
  • Use job boards, social media, direct outreach, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including individuals with limited online presence.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the sourcing and placement process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
  • Clearly communicate role expectations, job opportunities, and the client's value proposition to prospective candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems and provide relevant sourcing and recruitment metrics to designated stakeholders.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and adjust recruitment approaches to improve candidate attraction and conversion.
  • Follow established recruitment procedures, seek guidance from senior team members when needed, and contribute to meeting placement objectives and timelines.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders, ask relevant questions, and verify understanding throughout the recruitment process.

  Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of recruitment, talent sourcing, staffing, or human resources practices is preferred.
  • Ability to use established sourcing and recruitment procedures to identify and engage suitable candidates.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain opportunities clearly and build positive candidate relationships.
  • Comfortable using job boards, social media, direct outreach, and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Ability to assess candidate profiles against defined requirements and identify relevant skills, experience, and potential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when maintaining candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in evaluating sourcing channels and improving recruitment approaches.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned activities while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable follow-through and willingness to work within established processes and guidelines.
  • Ability to document information accurately and contribute to improving process efficiency and candidate experience.
