Associate Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our business, G&A, and technical teams. This role is focused primarily on inbound candidate evaluation and first round screening interviews using tools like Gem to efficiently identify and prioritize top applicants. The ideal candidate for this role is able to leverage tools to their advantage in resume review and is adept at identifying fit in a first round phone screen across role types.

Key Responsibilities

• Review inbound applications across all open requisitions and identify candidates worth advancing, applying sound judgment.
• Use Gem and other relevant sourcing/recruiting tools to improve overall recruiting efficiency.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess candidate qualifications for a wide range of role types.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and independently execute searches against requirements.
