Associate, Operations (East Branch) - Northeast TX/OK
Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Associate, Operations (East Branch) - North Texas & Oklahoma to join TR's Programs x Domestic Operations - East Branch team! The Associate, Operations will collaboratively and cooperatively work within their team and on cross-functional teams. This will require working with competing priorities and keeping multiple stakeholders appraised of decisions. This Associate, Operations will build relationships with community partners in emergency management, VOAD and local disaster assistance organizations in Oklahoma (OK) and North Texas (TX), including Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Tyler Metro Areas. The Associate, Operations will also motivate and inspire coworkers, contractors, volunteer leaders, and volunteers to further Team Rubicon service delivery within assigned geographies.
