Associate IT Support Engineer

This role will be the front line IT support presence at Cribl’s San Francisco headquarters. You’ll be the local “face” of IT with a lot of exposure to key technologies and VIP stakeholders.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

• Support Criblanians world wide with hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT Support
• Support the SF office 3-4 days/week in person, with a focus on AV, events, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage the employee lifecycle by conducting onboarding classes and handling offboarding request Capture important troubleshooting workflows and how-tos in the form of knowledge base articles
• Serve as a logistical backup to the local Workplace support staff.
• Execute on project based work to further automation, integrate Cribl systems, and document processes.
• This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

• Experience supporting users in a cloud environment
• Familiarity with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning
• Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management
• Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune
• Mac and Windows support experience
• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Open AI ChatGPT
