What this job can offer you
As an Implementation Consultant - EOR, you'll be a key project manager and a reliable support for our customers. You'll facilitate their first implementation with Remote, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and helping to build the foundation for a strong, long-term partnership. You'll act as a primary point of contact for multiple teams, including product and engineering, to share updates and collaborate effectively. Your role is all about setting our customers up for success by being their go-to resource on core Remote products and solutions during the initial phase.
What you bring
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as a Project Coordinator or Onboarding/Implementation role, ideally supporting implementation projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the different stakeholders in your book of business and how to address them in writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with well-structured communication skills.
- Discovery skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand a client’s basic setup, objectives, and needs.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and exchange information to deliver projects and facilitate a smooth client transition from implementation to daily support.
- Experience in coordinating or supporting multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A real passion for problem-solving, willingness to explore solutions across a variety of technical scenarios and customer verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established implementation frameworks, collaborating with internal teams across different products to facilitate a smooth and successful start, including:
- Assist in managing the transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales handover.
- Help internal stakeholders follow the established implementation plan.
- Coordinate logistics for the Kick-Off Call with external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining the project resources and keeping internal and external stakeholders up-to-date on current stage and next steps.
- Ensuring the completion and delivery of the project within
