What You'll Do

Join a small and collaborative legal team as a senior individual contributor. This role focuses on commercial and product-related legal matters, including complex data in-licenses, customer sales, and automotive OEM deals.

• Work on commercial deals involving substantial collaboration with product and engineering colleagues
• Provide product counseling and legal guidance
• Draft agreements and develop practical solutions for complex deals
• Own deals from conception to completion
• Mitigate risks while advancing business objectives

Requirements

• 7+ years of practicing attorney experience
• Background at a technology company
• Technical savvy and ability to learn products and business
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Willingness to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
