About the Role

We are looking for exceptional facilitators with deep AI expertise to facilitate live, virtual training programs for organizations. This is a contract position with no guarantee of regular hours. The Associate Facilitator can facilitate 0–30 classes per month depending on flexibility and client demand. Classes run Monday–Friday during US, EMEA, and APAC business hours.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year virtual facilitation experience
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for real work — prompting, summarization, research, workflow automation, vibe coding, data analysis, building AI agents, and content generation
• Strong internet connection, quiet space, and distraction/clutter-free background
• High level of comfort using Zoom, email, and Slack
