Associate Director, KOL Engagement (Endocrinology)
About the role
Purpose
BridgeBio Pharma is preparing to launch encaleret, the first oral calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) negative allosteric modulator designed specifically for patients with Autosomal Dominant Hypocalcemia Type 1 (ADH1). ADH1 is a rare, genetic endocrine disorder caused by gain-of-function mutations in the CaSR gene, resulting in chronic hypocalcemia and a constellation of serious long-term complications inadequately addressed by conventional therapy.
The KOL Engagement Leader, Endocrinology is a newly created, field-based commercial role that will serve as the primary bridge between BridgeBio and the endocrinology thought leader community ahead of and through the encaleret launch. This individual will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with key opinion leaders across academic medical centers, community endocrinology practices, and relevant professional societies — generating insights that inform commercial strategy and ensuring that leading endocrinologists are well-prepared to identify and treat appropriate ADH1 patients.
Two positions are available: one covering the Eastern U.S. and one covering the Western U.S. Both are remote-based roles with up to 60% travel.
