We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Healthcare Compliance Operations to support a leading biotechnology company. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of compliance operations, systems, and processes that support healthcare professional engagements, transparency reporting, and global compliance initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to partner across Compliance, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to build scalable compliance infrastructure and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows.
- Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and third-party compliance activities.
- Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes.
- Support audits, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions.
- Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, and transparency reporting requirements.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with compliance technologies, reporting tools, and workflow optimization.
Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
