Assistente Financeiro (CLT)

Accountabilities:

• • Provide support to the Customer Success team on billing-related topics, including charges, payment status, invoice clarification, and invoice delivery, while monitoring and resolving internal requests.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of current financial policies, procedures, and billing practices.
  • Act as a liaison between teams involved in the revenue cycle, particularly Finance and Technology, helping coordinate information and resolve operational issues.
  • Support the monthly financial closing process by reviewing and reconciling revenue and receivables data.
  • Prepare supporting reports and information for Accounting and external audit teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial routines and contribute to more efficient, reliable, and automated processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial information and collaborate with different teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience with financial routines, particularly billing, accounts receivable, or receivables reconciliation.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently investigate issues, find solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in changing business environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • Previous involvement in digital transformation initiatives or technology-driven projects is considered an advantage.
