What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of mortgage loan officers across your designated Texas market area
- Coach your team to hit individual and branch-level volume goals
- Build and nurture referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, financial advisors, and other purchase-market partners
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring pipeline quality, compliance adherence, and an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing
- Partner with operations, processing, and underwriting teams to drive loan velocity and resolve escalated file issues
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and rate environments to keep your team positioned and informed
- Report branch performance metrics to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning for market expansion
