That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on contextual interpretation, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance
• Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning
• Converse with the model in Iraqi Arabic across a wide range of topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related field (ideal)
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
• Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential

Compensation & Employment Details

• Pay range: $8-to-$65 per hour (exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location)
• Contract role
• Must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
