API Tech Engineer Intern

Role Overview

The Open API Infra role is responsible for maintaining and evolving Bybit’s Open API infrastructure, supporting institutional clients and VIP users, and driving API reliability, performance, and developer experience. This role bridges external client integration, internal platform infrastructure, product iteration, and AI-enabled API ecosystem initiatives.

The candidate is expected to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to support product launches, API upgrades, infrastructure stability, and technical integration quality across the full lifecycle from API spec to SDK, Skill Hub, MCP, and Bybit AI-related products.

Key Responsibilities

1. API Technical Integration & Client Support

• Provide API integration guidance and technical support for institutional clients, VIP users, and partners to ensure successful onboarding and usage of Bybit Open APIs.
• Answer client questions on API calls, documentation, authentication, feature behavior, and integration best practices.
• Conduct technical deep dives with top clients on topics such as order entry, market data, position and wallet consistency, asset management, and account management.
