The Job

• Shape and refine compliance frameworks, operating models, and governance structures to support long-term program effectiveness
• Develop or support compliance metrics and reporting to monitor program health, identify gaps, and guide decision-making
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses, partner with stakeholders to assess and document control effectiveness, and develop actionable recommendations to address areas of non-compliance or risk
• Lead and support policy and framework development by identifying regulatory requirements
