What You Will Do
The Analyst, Forecast Data will be at the center of building a more accurate, data-driven demand forecast for Chomps. As a retailer- and channel-agnostic forecasting partner, you’ll validate and challenge consumption trends, shipment history, promotions, distribution changes, inventory dynamics, and new item launches to build a clear demand plan that delivers the right signal to the business. By improving MAPE accuracy, diagnosing bias, and strengthening forecast governance, you’ll help ensure leaders are making decisions based on true market demand.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves turning data into action. You’ll partner closely with Sales Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, and S&OP leaders to pressure-test assumptions, improve forecast quality, maintain key planning systems, and support a transparent Demand Review process. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable challenging assumptions with data, and motivated by getting the number right—not just making the forecast look good.
