Accountabilities

• • Design user-centered solutions that improve the overall experience of software products and digital services.
  • Analyze user needs, behaviors, and expectations to identify opportunities for improving usability and interaction.
  • Define user interface characteristics, including layouts, information organization, navigation, and visual presentation.
  • Develop UX/UI solutions that make information clear, accessible, intuitive, and easy to interact with.
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of digital experiences throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technology, product, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in agile development activities and contribute UX/UI expertise throughout iterative delivery cycles.
  • Help identify usability challenges and propose practical design improvements that enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
  • Support the continuous improvement of design practices and contribute to a collaborative, innovative technology environment.

  Requirements

  • Completed higher education in Information Technology, including a technology degree, bachelor's degree, postgraduate specialization, or equivalent advanced qualification.
  • Proven professional experience as a mid-level UX/UI Analyst or in a comparable UX/UI design position.
  • Practical experience working within agile development environments.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, usability, interaction design, and user interface design.
  • Ability to translate user and business needs into clear, intuitive, and effective digital experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interface organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify user experience challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technology teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when developing UX/UI solutions.
