Accountabilities

• • Lead the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business systems and software solutions.
  • Gather and analyze functional requirements and business rules, map processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop full-stack applications using the organization's technology ecosystem, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and system integrity.
  • Perform data modeling and contribute to database design, development, and optimization.
  • Evaluate the potential impact of system changes and ensure that modifications maintain the reliability and integrity of existing solutions.
  • Plan development projects, operations, releases, and version updates while coordinating activities and validating deliverables.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, user manuals, operational procedures, and other supporting materials.
  • Monitor systems under development and identify opportunities for performance, functionality, quality, and process improvements.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and contribute to application performance, software engineering quality, and system testing activities.
  • Analyze IT service providers and support initiatives aimed at improving the measurable capacity and performance of technology services.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation describing system capabilities and requirements for handoff to other developers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less-experienced developers, promoting quality, knowledge sharing, and successful project delivery.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technology field.
  • Solid experience working as a Full-Stack Developer or Senior Programmer across different layers of software development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Delphi, Microsoft .NET/C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
  • Strong experience with development frameworks and technologies such as Materialize, Angular, React, React Native, Flutter, Bootstrap, and Flask.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, UML, and software design patterns.
  • Ability to work throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Experience working in Scrum or other agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Self-directed learning mindset and genuine interest in continuously expanding technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the patience and empathy required to interact effectively with users and technical teams.
  • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of challenging technical initiatives.
  • Ability to mentor and support less-experienced developers while contributing constructively to a collaborative team environment.
