Accountabilities:

• • Manage contracts and proposals for external partners and professors, ensuring documentation is properly formalized.
  • Monitor and report monthly training deliveries to support accurate accounting and operational tracking.
  • Maintain communication with partner professors regarding proposals, contracts, and operational requirements.
  • Receive, validate, and process reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Register and manage payments for partner professors, coordinating with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain effective interfaces with financial and accounting areas throughout the payment and operational workflows.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and performance indicators for the InCompany area.
  • Prepare analyses and reports that provide actionable insights and support management decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline operational processes through data and AI-enabled tools.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Practical knowledge of data analysis and the ability to translate operational information into useful insights.
  • Strong logical and analytical reasoning, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for data analysis, productivity, and process automation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational activities and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, accounting, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to identifying process improvements and solving operational challenges.
