Analista de Desenvolvimento de Sistema Sênior (Foco em ERP)

Accountabilities:

• • Develop, test, maintain, and evolve backend functionality within the core ERP platform, working closely with experienced engineers to deliver reliable product improvements.
  • Work extensively with SQL Server, writing, analyzing, and optimizing queries against large datasets and understanding relational database behavior in production environments.
  • Learn and apply complex business rules across areas such as finance, taxation, purchasing, inventory, sales, and other ERP processes to ensure technical solutions address real customer needs.
  • Adapt existing backend expertise to the platform’s technology ecosystem, learning new programming languages and frameworks as required and progressively increasing technical ownership.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development practices focused on code quality, security, maintainability, and effective version control.
  • Support Level 3 technical operations by investigating complex incidents escalated from customer support, analyzing logs, running diagnostic queries, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes for customer-impacting issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, improve system stability, and continuously enhance the product.
  • Apply modern development practices and, where appropriate, AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, learning, and delivery while maintaining strong engineering standards.

  Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience developing and maintaining production backend software using technologies such as PHP, C#, .NET, or Go.
  • Strong foundation in programming logic, data structures, algorithms, and structured problem-solving, with the ability to understand a problem before translating it into code.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including relational data modeling, complex JOINs, subqueries, query optimization, and practical database troubleshooting.
  • Strong proficiency with Git and GitHub, including branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies, programming languages, and development practices, including adapting to an unfamiliar technology stack.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, particularly for diagnosing production issues, interpreting logs, and identifying root causes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers and technical stakeholders, participate constructively in code reviews, and communicate technical findings clearly.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini is an advantage.
  • Personal projects, GitHub contributions, or previous academic/professional exposure to ERP, financial, or business management systems are considered a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts is desirable.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and genuine interest in continuous technical learning are highly valued.
