Analista de Desenvolvimento Back-End Sênior

Accountabilities:

• • Participate actively in the development of products, from initial conception and solution design through implementation, deployment, and production monitoring.
  • Contribute to the modeling, architecture, and continuous evolution of backend solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, robustness, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain critical software components supporting exchange, clearing, and self-regulatory functions.
  • Build backend applications and services using .NET and C#, following sound software engineering practices.
  • Work with SQL, Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB to support data processing, persistence, caching, and event-driven integrations.
  • Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into effective, maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile product development environment.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support solutions in production and participate in troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues when required.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong foundations in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
  • Solid professional experience developing applications with .NET/C#.
  • Experience working on product development teams within an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and data platforms such as SQL, Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to design robust and efficient solutions.
  • Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical topics clearly.
  • Experience with front-end development and React is a plus.
  • Advanced English is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the financial markets or financial services industry is a differentiator.
