Analista de Consultoria Sênior

Accountabilities:

• • Support senior consultants in the delivery of Executive Compensation and Rewards consulting projects, contributing to high-quality client outcomes.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support consulting recommendations and strategic decision-making.
  • Consolidate, organize, process, and analyze large datasets to generate relevant insights, indicators, and conclusions.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and supporting materials for client meetings and project deliverables.
  • Conduct market studies, compensation benchmarks, and remuneration analyses to support client recommendations.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for consultants and clients.
  • Contribute to initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies applied to HR and consulting.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate analyses, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve analyses, processes, and deliverables while adapting to changing project requirements.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Compensation, Executive Compensation, Rewards, HR analytics, or data analysis applied to Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and translate findings into strategic insights.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, or comparable data and reporting tools.
  • Genuine interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging applications of AI within HR and consulting.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to investigate issues, develop solutions, and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience when priorities, project requirements, or business needs change.
  • English or Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
