  • Provide direct patient care, including infusion oversight and clinical decision‑making
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapies, safety, and expectations throughout treatment
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Monitor medication and supply inventory to support safe and efficient clinical operations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and payer credentialing
  • Collaborate closely with referring providers, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative partners
  • Lead quality assurance activities, accreditation readiness, and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide mentorship, supervision, and clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs, and clinical support staff
  • Support workflow optimization, staffing coordination, and multi‑site clinical alignment as needed
  • Respond appropriately to patient concerns or medical emergencies within scope of practice

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • A Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • An active, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
  • DEA registration, state‑controlled substance license, and NPI number
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Strong IV access skills and experience with biologic and specialty medication protocols
  • Experience coordinating patient care, managing inventory, and maintaining regulatory compliance in an outpatient infusion setting
  • Proficiency with EMR documentation and clinical workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
  • Three (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion therapies
  • Five (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an AIS/AIC setting
