Role Summary
The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our alumni community. As the primary point of contact for graduates, you’ll ensure every alumnus feels supported, heard, and guided in their professional journey. You’ll also contribute to the broader mission of increasing employability, fostering engagement, and strengthening the impact of the ALX community across Africa.
This role requires fluency in both English and French, as you will be engaging with alumni across multiple African regions, including Francophone countries.
Specific Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for alumni in your assigned region, providing personalised guidance and support.
- Conduct one-on-one calls and group sessions to assess alumni needs, track career progress, and identify opportunities for growth or re-enrolment.
- Capture insights and feedback from alumni interactions to inform product, data, and program teams.
- Collaborate closely with Community Managers, General Managers, and the central Relationship Management team to ensure a consistent alumni experience.
- Manage CRM records diligently, ensuring data accuracy on alumni profiles, call outcomes, and employment updates.
- Support job-readiness, re-enrolment, and community activation initiatives within your assigned city or region.
