Alignment Scientist/Engineer
About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of the alignment research team, working on projects selected for their high upside potential and under-resourced status. Research that matters most in a world where AI systems are powerful enough to recursively self-improve with little human oversight.
Projects will evolve as we bring on new collaborators and shift focus to what's most impactful. What stays constant is that you're doing real alignment research with real autonomy, in directions most organizations aren't set up to pursue.
