You will be joining a fast-scaling European technology company that operates two complementary products at the intersection of logistics and e-commerce — both serving major online retailers across the DACH region and beyond. The company is lean, data-driven, and growing fast. This role sits at the very heart of their growth engine: if demos get booked, the company grows.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. There are no cold calling targets. No pipeline spreadsheets to fill in manually. No campaign briefs to approve through three layers of management. This role is for someone who thinks in tool stacks and automation sequences. You will own AI-driven outbound campaigns end-to-end for two brands simultaneously — with minimal oversight and maximum autonomy. Your one measurable output is meetings booked.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run AI-powered outbound campaigns across two product lines from end to end — from lead sourcing to demo booked
- Source, enrich, and segment prospect lists using tools like Clay or equivalent data enrichment platforms
- Build and manage outbound sequences via Lemlist or similar tools — you design the flow, write the copy, and optimise for replies
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) — clean data is non-negotiable
- Build and manage workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or similar
- Test, iterate, and improve campaigns continuously based on performance data
- Run campaigns in German, independently — you are the quality control
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- C1/2 German — Non-Negotiable. You will be running outbound campaigns in German with little to no oversight. Native fluency is an absolute requirement.
- AI-Native — Not AI-Adjacent. We need someone for whom AI outbound tooling is their primary mode of working. You have actually built campaigns in Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalent platforms — not just heard of them.
- Driven by one metric: meetings booked. Every decision you make is in service of one question: "Will this get us more demos?"
- 1–3 years of relevant experience working with AI-driven outbound or growth automation tools.
- Independent and self-directed. You need to be comfortable running autonomously, making decisions fast, and taking full ownership of outcomes.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) in addition to German.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce / logistics tech
- Background in sales ops or RevOps
- Familiarity with API-based integrations
