About the role
Accountabilities:
- Lead AI learning projects end to end, from learning needs analysis and project planning through execution, adoption, and outcome measurement using clear SMART goals.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered productivity tools, learning technologies, and software solutions that can improve employee effectiveness and operational performance.
- Analyze organizational needs to identify opportunities for AI upskilling and reskilling, helping establish consistent AI literacy and proficiency across teams.
- Develop, coordinate, and support blended learning experiences, including e-learning, webinars, video tutorials, presentations, and live training sessions for global audiences.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools, automated workflows, and new operational practices through structured change management and communication.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret learning and adoption data, identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- Maintain and expand centralized knowledge resources, documentation, and reusable learning materials to improve information sharing and reduce duplicated effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to coordinate initiatives, manage priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve productivity, learning outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in AI learning, learning and development, project management, training program management, or a closely related field, ideally within a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment.
- Experience managing learning or enablement projects from planning through execution, including stakeholder coordination, timelines, deliverables, and outcome measurement.
- Strong knowledge of AI applications and productivity technologies, with practical familiarity with tools such as Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or comparable AI platforms.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, as well as automation tools such as Workato, Make, or n8n.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective adult-learning materials using blended learning approaches, including e-learning, webinars, video content, presentations, and facilitated sessions.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to deliver training and learning experiences to global and distributed audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to track learning metrics, interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, curious, and self-directed mindset, with a genuine interest in continuous learning, emerging AI technologies, and practical productivity solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity environments, operational workflows, or technology-sector challenges is preferred.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams is preferred.
- PMP, AI leadership/practitioner, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
