We are seeking a motivated and analytical AI Growth Operations Specialist to join our dynamic growth team. This mid-level role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and conversion on the Binance platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily data analysis to understand user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance
• Monitor cost, ROI, and other key growth metrics to ensure efficient budget allocation and campaign effectiveness
• Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points and optimize user flows to increase conversion rates
• Cooperate with the Data team to complete AI model development based on different user segments
