Your mission

Own and Evolve AI Platforms

• You are responsible for the introduction, continuous development, and operation of our AI platforms and AI services
• You evaluate new technologies, capabilities, and integrations and translate them into sustainable platform strategies
• You ensure that our AI landscape remains secure, scalable, and future-ready

Shape Governance, Security, and Standards

• You design governance frameworks, role and permission models, and technical guardrails for the use of AI across the organization
• You work closely with Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders to introduce new AI capabilities responsibly
• You assess platforms, integrations, and AI services with regard to risk, compliance, and technical feasibility

Drive AI Initiatives and Enable Teams

• You take ownership of new AI-related challenges and business requirements
• You analyze requirements, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives through to implementation
• You support business teams in adopting AI effectively and securely while acting as a trusted technical sparring partner for Business, Security, and Engineering
• When needed, you remain hands-on and contribute to integrations, automation initiatives, architecture concepts, and platform solutions

Your experience & skills

• You have several years of experience building, operating, or evolving platforms, cloud solutions, or technical services
• You bring hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and ecosystems (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or comparable technologies)
• You have a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role-based access concepts
• You are familiar with security, governance, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment
• You can structure, evaluate, and communicate technical decisions effectively
• You work independently, pragmatically, and with a strong solution-oriented mindset
• You are comfortable bringing structure to complex or ambiguous topics and driving them forward
• You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are passionate about exploring emerging technologies and their potential for the business

What makes this role special

This is not a traditional engineering, project management, or product role. We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with strong ownership and is able to independently structure new AI topics, pr
