Your Role

As the second member of the AI Foundation team, you will work directly alongside a staff-level engineer to design, build, and deploy AI tooling and infrastructure that accelerates productivity and AI adoption across the entire organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and build AI tooling onboarding systems that automatically configure and recommend the appropriate tools, workflows, and skill paths to individuals based on their role and use case
• Reduce time-to-productivity for new and existing team members
• Own meaningful systems from day one with output felt across engineering, product, marketing, and operations
