The Opportunity
As an AI Cohort Coach, you will be responsible for guiding the learning experience for apprentices and helping them reach their full potential. Your role will focus on personalised coaching, where you'll be supporting apprentices across multiple businesses to become the next generation of business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme
- Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning
- Adhere to coach quality standards
