AI & Automation Lead (Wellness)

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We build mobile and web applications and services with a million-strong audience across Health & Wellness, Mental Health, Astrology, AI, Utilities, and Parental Control. We also develop our own R&D center.

The Role

We are looking for an AI & Automation Lead to join our Wellness team.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience building automation architecture in marketing
• Confident work with n8n, Make or equivalents at production-flow level
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, scripts, and API integrations
• Experience with BigQuery, Google Sheets API, SQL for analytical and reporting flows
• Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering
• Understanding of generative video tools (Veo3, Kling, etc.)
• Knowledge of marketing metrics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Experience managing a team or contractors (task setting, standards, review)
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business language (calculate cost and savings)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude Code or agent-based workflows (MCP, multi-agent orchestration)
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs
• Experience in Health & Wellness, Subscription, or mobile products

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy & Automation Backlog: Form and prioritize a backlog based on ROI and speed of effect, implement kill/scale criteria for MVPs
• Generative Video Pipeline: Build automated flows for generation and localization of UGC video via AI tools, integrate into Creative team processes
• AI Token Cost Optimization: Audit and reduce cost of LLM requests, manage Automation P&L and report to CMO/CFO in numbers
• Flow Development & Maintenance: Create prototypes and production flows via n8n, Make, Claude Code, OpenAI API, custom scripts with security and GDPR compliance
• Design & Architecture of Integrated Workflows: Design interaction schemes between services (ad platforms, analytics, data store, BI) and align with tech leads and CMO
• Team Management & Mentoring: Manage automation specialists and contractors, conduct flow reviews, train marketers in basic AI thinking
• Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain a living Automation Wiki (flow descriptions, changes, code links, playbooks, Loom recordings)
• ROI Analysis & Financial Reporting: Calculate savings before project start, track actual metrics post-launch, maintain a unified Automation P&L
