Agents can work with over 130 carriers, selling various insurance policies, including home, auto, small businesses, and more. We’re on a mission to overhaul the technology agents have access to, putting consumer-grade software at their fingertips. We’ve got thousands of active agents with hundreds of joining monthly, and we plan to accelerate our growth.
The Role
We’re hiring an Agency Sales Development Representative to drive new agency acquisition and revenue growth at First Connect. This is a high-activity, outbound, hunter-style role focused on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and converting independent insurance agencies into active First Connect partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, enjoys owning a full sales cycle, and is energized by hitting (and exceeding) targets.
What You’ll Do
High Activity & Pipeline Management
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline of outbound leads with a strong focus on daily activity and consistent follow-up
- Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage independent insurance agencies
