Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager with a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with matured affiliates (6–12+ months) and driving cross-product conversion across Binance's suite of services.
Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners (post 6–12 months)
- Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs
- Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities
- Drive cross-product conversion across Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet
