Responsibilities

• Answer users' questions and provide timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience
• Understand referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups
• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies
• Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards
• Explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and opportunities for experimentation
