Affiliate Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Role

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining creator partnerships for our brands on TikTok, ensuring the right creators authentically sell the right products.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage creator partnerships for top brands in DACH region
• Identify, approach, and onboard new creator partners
• Manage and optimize ongoing collaborations with focus on performance and revenue
• Work closely with founders
• Access to top 1% influencer marketing training valued at 100k€+

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally in agency or brand environment
• Good understanding of creator trends and what converts on social media
• Strong communication skills - ability to inspire and build long-term relationships
• Full availability and willingness to go the extra mile
