About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and develop relationships with affiliate partners across various traffic sources (SEO, PPC, FB, ASO, UAC, In-app, Influencers, Email, Push, Native and others).
  • Scale existing partnerships and actively attract new affiliates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and traffic deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, etc.).
  • Monitor partner performance, traffic quality, ROI, LTV, FTD quality, and profitability.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, CRM, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new acquisition channels.
  • Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and maintain long-term partner relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate business models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, and other commercial agreements.
  • Experience analyzing affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in product companies or affiliate programs within iGaming will be a strong advantage.
  • English level — Intermediate or higher.
