Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We focus on mobile and web applications with a million-strong audience across niches: Health & Wellness, Mental Health, Astrology, AI, Utilities, Parental Control. We also develop our own R&D center.

Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Parental Control app team. The main focus is on attracting new partners, developing existing ones, and scaling revenue through affiliate channels. We constantly test new offers, work with international partners, and attend industry conferences to expand our partner network.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level, comfortable communicating with international partners
• Experience working with international markets
• Ability to build and maintain partner relationships, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to influence business metrics
• Understanding of basic affiliate marketing metrics and traffic analysis
• Ability to work with tools for partner search and analysis
• Proactive, responsible, and able to effectively plan your time
• Nice to have: experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Semrush, SE Ranking, etc.)

Your Tasks

• Market research and finding new partners (publishers) to develop the affiliate direction
• Onboarding new partners and building long-term relationships
• Working with existing partners: developing collaboration and optimization
• Communicating with partners via email, Teams, Telegram, and other channels: scheduling meetings, negotiating, signing contracts
• Conducting technical integrations (links, postbacks, etc.)
• Planning and monitoring the launch of new marketing initiatives together with partners
• Updating partnership terms and offers to maximize profit
• Analyzing partner performance and working with metrics to improve results
• Providing partners with creatives, materials, and recommendations for traffic optimization
• Collaborating with the product team, designers, and developers to create landing pages and creatives
