About The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to put your creative skills to work? Do you have a passion for creating high-quality print ads for clients? This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary is $45,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The Role in Action

• Design clean, eye-catching advertisements using client-provided text and assets in Adobe Illustrator.
• Produce fast, accurate design work while meeting daily and weekly goals.
• Ensure all ads align with team standards and proper specifications.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards.
• Use outstanding written communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Receive constructive feedback and apply it to workflows as needed.
• Contribute to a high-performing, positive, supportive team culture.

The Ideal Candidate

• Basic competence in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Clear written communication skills.
