Join Our Team as an AdTech Lawyer at Axiom

Location: Remote

In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.
• Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.
• Develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of over 5,800 lawyers.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience taking on complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active bar license in the state where you reside.
