The Role
As Accounting and Regulatory Reporting Manager for Coinbase Canada, you will report to the Director of Reporting and Technical Policy. You'll serve as the primary Finance owner for all recurring regulatory filings, including Form 31-103F1, CIRO Form 1, and OSC/CIRO submissions.
This technical role involves maintaining IFRS books of account and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tax, Treasury, Legal) to ensure capital adequacy. You'll drive operational excellence by designing scalable processes, building robust internal controls, and automating reporting cycles for a high-growth tech environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee financial and regulatory reporting functions in Canada, ensuring processes operate effectively and accurately
- Own the Company's parallel books of accounts maintained in line with IFRS and maintain appropriate reconciliations
- Own end-to-end preparation, review, and coordination of all recurring regulatory filings
- Prepare and coordinate financial statements, regulatory reporting, and other related information for external use including audit submissions and regulator filings
- Serve as the primary Finance representative in external communications
