Account Manager, Scientific Visualization and Experiential Engagement (RadScience)

About the Role

Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Rad Science team! This unique team includes dozens of scientists and artists specifically trained in illustration, animation, interactive media, and immersive experiences - turns complex scientific messages into simple, memorable stories through: Congress experience and scientific visualization.

What you’ll do:

• Oversees note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing); sends prompt recaps to all appropriate parties
• With guidance from supervisor, coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans i.e., creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets, hot sheets, meeting recaps, etc. while balancing client expectations alongside the execution of successful work output
• Learns, follows, and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
• Works in close partnership with Project Manager (PM) to ensure the smooth production process of all scopes of work
