Role Overview
The Account Manager for the agent platform is responsible for owning and growing key client relationships, signing up new agents, driving performance, and ensuring long-term success across the program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic guidance to optimize results, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.
This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Media, and Product teams.
