Account Manager (Publisher /Ad Tech)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new publishers (direct & programmatic)
• Ensure smooth integration via XML, API, or tag-based methods
• Maintain active relationships with top-tier supply partners
• Monitor performance metrics (fill rate, eCPM, RPM, CTR) to ensure monetization is optimized across all placements
• Troubleshoot revenue dips or delivery issues in real-time with internal dev teams
• Work closely with the advertiser team to map supply to converting demand sources
• Collaborate with demand team to match premium demand sources to publisher inventory
• Work with XML / RTB / header bidding integrations to maximize supply value
• Review and optimize traffic quality signals
• Oversee ad quality, compliance, and appropriate targeting by vertical and geo
• Use internal dashboards, AdKernel tech, and 3rd-party analytics tools to monitor performance
• Identify upsell or scale opportunities within existing publisher accounts
• Support reactivation campaigns for dormant or low-performing partners
