Job Title:&nbsp;Account Manager (Motor Finance – Dealers)&nbsp; Working Pattern:&nbsp;Monday to Friday,&nbsp;09.00 - 17.00&nbsp;36.25 hours per week&nbsp; Salary:&nbsp;£47,500&nbsp;- £55,000&nbsp;and up to&nbsp;20%&nbsp;bonus and&nbsp;£600 per month car allowance&nbsp;&nbsp; Location: Flexible – Dealer patch covers Milton Keynes / Luton / Oxford / Northampton&nbsp;

To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to used car dealers and brokers. To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Your Impact: Building a&nbsp;sustainable&nbsp;tomorrow&nbsp;&nbsp;

As an Account Manager at Tandem your focus will be on:&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Offering excellent customer service.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Being an active team player.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Achieving business targets and personal&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff). &nbsp;</li>

</ul>

We’d&nbsp;love to hear from you if you have:&nbsp;

<li>Have effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can work independently, setting your own priorities and taking a lead role.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Are prepared to take accountability for your own performance.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can communicate verbal and written information to customers in a way which is clear, fair, and not misleading.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can work under pressure in a target driven environment, with the capacity to prioritise tasks.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Have excellent organisational and time management skills.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Have excellent interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can have flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where&nbsp;required&nbsp;to meet deadlines and deal with client queries.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Can present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types. &nbsp;</li>

</ul>

It would be great, but not essential if you have:&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Previous&nbsp;experience of motor finance, or associated businesses within the motor industry.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Have a good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the motor finance industry.&nbsp;</li>

<li>An understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the motor industry. &nbsp;</li>
