About the Role
As an Account Manager at Instrumentl, you will own relationships with a book of existing customers, helping them get more value from the platform and expanding their usage as their needs grow. You will work with Executive Directors, Development Directors, Grants Managers, and finance teams at nonprofits.
- Handle inbound upgrade requests
- Proactively reach out to strategic accounts where expansion opportunities exist
- Work directly with Sales Managers and VP of Sales
- Shape the future of the Sales team
Key Characteristics
You will be the face of the Instrumentl brand for prospective customers, playing a key role in the sales organization's growth and success.
