Role Overview
Global Knowledge is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive top-line revenue growth through the expansion of Instructor Led Classroom training business within existing and educational customer accounts.
In this role, you will have a proven track record of achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business through aftersales, outbound prospecting, creativity, and team collaboration. You will sell our Instructor-led portfolio directly to educational customers, navigating complex organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Sell and close business for all types of products including Open Enrollment, Subscriptions and Prepays
- Ensure portfolio is well managed and present on partner portals
- Achieve targeted new pipeline, sales activity, and quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
