Role Overview
As an Account Manager, Growth - EMEA [DACH], you will be responsible for the expansion and retention of a subset of Vanta's customers by developing and maintaining strong relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial conversations, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and align Vanta's solutions with their objectives
- Help mature customers' compliance and security programs
- Achieve overall net revenue expansion through customer retention and growth
- Ensure customers' security and compliance goals are aligned with their company growth needs
Location
This role will be based in London or Dublin with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
