About the role

Role

BeReal is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with key clients in the UK/EMEA market. The Account Manager will be responsible for preparing, delivering and managing paid campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and ensure smooth operations, while pushing for quick and effective results.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, deliver, and optimize digital advertising campaigns using BeReal adtech stack, especially Google Ad Manager
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure KPIs are met
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and holding routine meetings
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell additional campaigns and advertising solutions to clients based on their needs
  • Work with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product to align campaigns and objectives
