The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and ensure campaigns align with mutually agreed performance targets.

You Will:
- Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the Baltics and Balkan regions;
- Up/cross sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts;
- Provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service;
- Create retargeting strategies for different verticals;
- Optimize the performance of the campaigns in line with clients' goals;
- Develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by RTB House and overall developments in the digital marketing domain;
- Work closely with technical and sales teams within the company to ensure the superior performance of the campaigns;
- As part of the local account management team, actively exchange insights and best practices with colleagues across other markets to drive collective success;
- Travel regularly across multiple countries within the Baltic and Balkan regions to meet clients face-to-face.
Desired Experience:
- Understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing;
- About 2 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings;
- Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proven experience in negotiations, with a strong focus on upselling and proactive selling. Ability to drive growth by building trust-based client relationships, taking a forward-pushing yet consultative approach to scaling accounts;
- Ability to keep open communication, particularly across remote teams.
