About the role
We are looking for a relationship building-oriented Account Manager whose primary goal is the growth of revenues, client retention, and satisfaction. As a part of the Account Management team, you will act as a long-term ally and, hopefully, a trusted consultant for our existing and potential clients. By constantly learning what the clients’ needs are, you will help them in developing mutual business opportunities.
What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for the clients, build strong relationships with them. Communicate client’s feedback, needs and expectations to the internal teams
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans that align with both the client’s goals and the agency’s capabilities
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the projects (branding, rebranding, marketing campaigns, print, digital, events, 3D, video), ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Be responsible for the budget: prepare and negotiate cost estimates and deliver regular sales reports, monitor open purchase orders and remaining budgets, and consistently track progress
- Be responsible for the ongoing and meticulous updating of data within the available work tools
- Proactively create and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to current clients
- Address any issues or concerns raised by the clients promptly, work with the internal team to resolve these problems and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Account Director to achieve the business unit's goals
